Kristel offers Pilates sessions in July and August.
Please bring your mat and comfortable clothing.
If you wish, you can continue with an aquagym session.
These sessions are payable on site in cash, or online at https://www.pilates-et-plus.com/.
Prices per person:
Pilates: 15€
Aquagym: 10€
Pilates + Aquagym: 23€
A minimum of 6 participants is required for the session to run. Please register at least 48 hours before the session.
Pilates: 8.45am to 9.45am
Aquagym: 10am to 11am
