Located on the 1st floor of an independent house. It benefits from an enclosed garden and 2 terraces: one to the east with a view of Mont Ventoux, and the other to the south with a view of the medieval town of Vaison la Romaine.

It consists of a living room with fireplace, an independent kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160×200 cm), and the other with 2 single beds (90× 200 cm), a bathroom and separate toilet.

It is very well equipped: TV, DVD-CD player, HiFi-radio, hair dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee filter + Dolce Gusto, toaster, blender, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
